Elections Panel History

The Douglas County Commissioners announced on Nov. 13 the establishment of the 13-member, Fact-Finding Panel that would be responsible for evaluating the factors resulting in the problems experienced during the Douglas County Nov. 7 General Election.

The Panel’s report will evaluate: the performance of the Hart eSlate™ devices and related equipment; the logistics effectiveness of all vote centers; elections staff – technical and non-technical; and election judge training procedures, among other factors.
