Write in Candidates
C.R.S. 1-4-1102: Write-in Candidates must file the proper affidavit with the designated election official within the time frame defined.
Votes are cast by filling in the box assigned to a candidate. Should a name be scratched out and a new name be written on the ballot, the original candidate as represented by that box will get credit for the vote.
